    Momentum is doing half the work. Explosive movement on the positive phase, yes; but slow and controlled on the negative is the way to go.

    Agreed Mjolesko and Chief09 I thought it was just plain stupid to do those reps so fast.

    You're right but I've noticed when using really heavy weight most men do have sloppy form. He's not completing one complete bench press because that weight is too heavy for him

    pretty impressive with the weight, but just curious, I thought it was good to have smooth motions and squeeze.
