I guess an apostrophe, in this system, will come out as ' and a quotation mark as &quot. Between meaningless scores & garbled comments, why would anyone bother with either?

Though this clip hardly stands comparison with those around it, it's rated 100%--just as they are. Trying to figure out how scoring works, I hit the "don't like"--but the score didn't change at all. Now, if the default score is 100%, and then 35 or 40 viewers look at it with complete indifference--not voting at all-- it STILL rates 100%. However, if even a SINGLE voter chooses "don't like," shouldn't the score reflect that?
