Bored at home

What's the thing with guys posting "porn" vids and saying they're bored? Is it like a lame excuse that they wouldn't be doing it if they had something more interesting to do? Do they think somehow that more people will want to see a vid that's made by someone who is bored?
Porn should be interesting and exciting. I don't want to hear about someone being bored even if it's not porn.
