    Hey, anyone know what's going on at this site? For many weeks now (it's Oct. 7, 2023 today), I have not been able to renew my membership.

    They're having issues with their credit card processor. But you can still renew and get download permission back. Click "Contact Support" at the bottom of any page. Open a 'support ticket', with a subject line of "can't renew" or something like that.

    It took them a little while to get to it (they're having to process all renewals manually). It took a few days for me, but they did get it done.
