Muscle-crazed as a 70s teen, before cable or VCRs, I could only afford to buy a mag now and then (when courage allowed), so getting a ‘fix’ was a challenge. Pro-wrestling was one outlet, and the rare muscle guy would flex on a sitcom, but, otherwise, you’d have to watch the sports shows. One of the most satisfying spectacles then was powerlifting, as some guys, like Doug Young, though not ‘cut’, were thick with muscle, providing pleasant dreams later. This guy's sexy physique reminds me of them.
