    it's actually not as fake as u think, it's a condition called Hyperspermia. Must be a hell of cleanup job though :/

    Indeed, this is not fake, it is a real condition that men can get. They produce unbelievable volumes of semen and can come excessive amounts in quick succession. I have this condition but not to this extent or anything near.
