My copy of the VHS says 2001, so I suspect it was filmed no earlier than 1999 or 2000. Muscle East Video, the studio which released Into the Woods, made a 1997 movie called The New Breed II which included the young Greg Grove (aka Matthew Rush) in a sexy posedown on a beach. Search mymusclevideo for "grove" and you'll find the scene. By the way I do not have the ability to convert VHS to digital.

Is this from the mid 1990's?.

Jason Dayberry is the guy carrying the fishing rod at the very beginning. He has a posing scene later in the movie. Obviously this is before he bulked up.
