The site doesn't make it clear to a poster that he has to activate the download option to share anything. Many guys who'd gladly let you download their stuff are totally unaware of it. (Just another of the maddening defects of this website. It was user-unfriendly from the start, but the "redesign" of a few years ago turned it into a total disaster. If you try real hard, you can still get some diversion out of it--but they sure don't make it easy.)
