As awesome as the muscle mag era of the 70s-90s could be, one might wait months, even years between progress pics of your favorite guys. With the advent of the ‘net, this man was one of the first I watched grow online, if not day-to-day (unlike today’s insta updates), in a sort of time-lapse, from sleek hot-body contestant, then beefy Musclemania star, and then heavyweight bodybuilder. He got even bigger, but he may be at his most exquisitely sexy here. I do wish the camera had stayed on him.

I think he needs a pure protein injection between his shredded glutes!
