I don’t have any particular affection for feet, except to note whether they’re well-formed and well-groomed, much like hands or ears, in assessing the overall attractiveness of the person at hand. In savoring muscular legs, however, bare feet allow us an opportunity to enjoy the sensuous flow of muscle upward from the ankles, and a lack of footwear suggests a nakedness and an implicit eroticism. As delicious as these legs are, I'd love to see him exchange those bike shorts for a thong.
