Does look staged but they both did get really red in the face. The Blond guy does have fantastic looking muscles but if it was real, he would have been showing even more muscle and veins and even the guy in blue would have shown the strain on his biceps if they were really competing.

Fake in the sense that I wonder how hard guys really try in these kind of videos. But dammmm, the blonde kid's muscles look fantastic.
