    A! La méthode! But I prefer more low tech techniques. And, unless you're making meringue or otherwise need to fluff up those whites to fold them into a mousse or something, it's a sin to remove the yolks! Better you just stop eating eggs. But he is kinda cute and oddly charismatic. Sadly, he has the demographic marks of a potential Trump supporter, but who knows? He might surprise me.
