While I'm happy that englishtim wants my longtime idol, David Zurborg, to be accorded the same sort of admiration he once enjoyed, I'm not sure the 'remastering' given to this classic photograph--Bruce of LA's probing meditation on Dave's sublime derriere, surely one of the greatest buttshots of the Golden Age of physique photography--will have its intended effect. So I hope he won't take it amiss that I'm posting a scan made not long ago by another Tim--the webmaster of the great vintage site, timinvermont.com--for everyone's consideration. Less subtle, perhaps, but also arguably much clearer. (And likelier to starch a cumrag or two, just as it did some sixty years ago.)
