This was someone who went by the name David Caputo. I was the member of a forum where we all tried to figure out who he was (early/mid 2000's) and we were never able to figure out anything. The big penis is morphed, but it seems he was pretty big before the morphing. While in the forum we were contacted by a publisher from Taschen when they were doing the The Big Penis Book - they were trying to track him down too!
