Strike a Pose

I got 404.Not Found.

Here's the link laid out as instructed:
https://video890.mymusclevideo.com/media/videos/flv/100116.flv

To watch, right click, click *copy video address*, paste the URL in a new tab. The URL looks something like .../videos/mp4/100166.mp4 replace BOTH instances of mp4 with flv and it will download the file for watching.

Not working. Looks as if it might be good. I hope you can post it for us again.
