This is the phenomenal Piotr Borecki, one of very top bodybuilders from Poland. His chest is unbelievable, so wide, so thick creating that massive overhang. Jaw dropping and eye popping

Beautiful physique. More on the lines of a very muscular gymnast with less muscle below the waist.

Top heavy - beautiful — but out of proportion to his lower body.

I don't know about his being hung but that chest is a real thing of beauty.
