There’s not much video out there of John Defendis, a Long Island protégé of Steve Michalik who won the USA in ’88. His early pics from the late 70s, when he was in his teens/early 20s, are some of the hottest ever published of a growing muscleboy. This clip is comprised of his winning posing routine at the USA and a slideshow of this great physiqueman throughout his career, from his teen years up to us post-competition late 40s(?) when he was nicely beefed up.
