Australian muscle meister Con Demetriou hits
a few poses for his fans, who range from Yuku
and Yahoo bodybuilding groups to his financial
supporters and contest hounds.

Con has been staying lean and mean all year
round so he can enter all the contests on the
USA circuit. It is rare to see this bodybuilder
in offseason condition.

Thanks to Con and his team for the source of
the YouTube videos that went into this mix.
