2 Metres in length..
Two 8mm, one 10mm.. in total 3 metal bars are crushed with absolute ease by my Adonis frame.
The extra 2MM makes no difference at all...no gloves required, no padding on my neck required, just some muscle and grunt.
My face is in shot the whole time to ensure the face STRAINING is there and HOT
I bend them in front of me, behind me, in all ways possible.. I need to be tested further..
Had to throw in some Most Muscular Posing mind you just because I f*cking LOVE them
