I haven't seen a movie or picture yet where Jeff displays as much development. This may have been his peak in 2011, he says on his website that in 2011 he chose a new direction. He still looks great but this is as good as it gets.

    Longtime muscle aficionados can sometimes lose perspective, after years of gazing longingly at muscular giants, we can overlook a comparatively ‘smaller’ guy like Jeff. But just look at him here, handsome, sexy, and thick, with appreciable size all over. The other guy who appears here is certainly hot, but he only serves to highlight Jeff’s greater development and impressiveness. This is a hot physique of which we should have seen much more, but its nice to dream about.

    Damn, Jeff is such a hottie, love his body but just needs a little more pec mass in my opinion, but I am a sucker for HUGE pecs!
