    THIS is how it's supposed to be. Muscle being with other muscle. Took a tremendous amount of strength from both of them, obviously the lifter was the stronger, but it takes a lot of strength for the smaller muscle to hold it together like that!! This small little clip has me as hard as their arms!!!
