Many of my favorite musclemen were ‘also-rans’ in competition, sexy guys with amazing physiques, yet unrewarded due to bad judging/politics. I don’t think this awesome man ever placed well in a national show, despite his incredible development. He’s young here, not nearly as big as he’d get later on, but he’s stunning, his hallmark wide shoulders even more shocking at this smaller size. Of course, his face is quite memorable too, noble and distinctive, giving him a heroic vibe with that body.
