How prudish, these oversized trunks of the bodybuilders of the past, compared with the tiny posers common nowadays. Today's champions show-off their magnificent bodies at contests almost naked. However, the desire to see the musclemen less clothed than in this video existed back then, too - especially in the gay community. So it is reported, that Steve Reeves, before he became famous as a movie actor, performed a muscle-show at a birthday-party of the gay director George Cukor completely naked.

Jane & Debbie's grandparents were played by Louis Calhern & Evelyn Varden. Louis was one of the best character actors, oscar-nominated for "The Magnificent Yankee", and was Marilyn's sugar-daddy in "The Asphalt Jungle",

I remember seeing this on TV when I was a kid, and being aroused by Steve! Now you could probably view it on TCM.

Jane Powell and Debbie Reynolds; not Esther Williams. Yes, that's Edmund Purdom.
